Project Cost:

Project Description:

St Leonard‘s House, a not for profit organization that provides permanent and transitional housing for ex-offenders, developed the Michael Barlow Center as a job training facility for their residents.

The building services include facilities for computer and restaurant training; classrooms for GED courses; and facilities to serve in house business such as mail processing and landscaping.

The building was designed to fit the varied existing historic town house streetscape with its placement close to the street, and stone and brick detailing and a reduced residential scale.
