A 7-story, 135-unit apartment building built in 1928 has been renovated and restored. The renovation included life safety improvements to bring the building into compliance with the High Rise Code; new larger elevators; new handicap access interior and exterior ramps; and new plumbing and electrical systems. Apartment kitchens were renovated and the exterior of the building received an extensive masonry restoration.
