Following the final phase of the multiple building project along North Ave the developer turned their attention to 3 lots on the cross streets and to the north of their project. These 3 lots severed as opportunities to create larger family units and to completely blend the scale of the development into the existing 2 and 3 story street scape. The new two flats had large bays and simple façade delineations of canopies and stairs, to compare with the existing context, while the aesthetic related to the forms and colors of the larger multi- phase development.
