Southwick Place is a forty (40) unit new construction multi-family building in Matteson, IL. The development provides an affordable, accessible housing option for adults who depend on wheelchairs for mobility or have a need for mobility features.

Residents live self-reliant lives with the ability to self-direct the services they need. The building models an independent apartment building but is customized for a mobility impaired resident including roll-in showers, pull-under sinks, accessible appliances and lower switches, outlets, windows and door handles. The building also incorporates a variety of common space and market rate amenities.
