Constructed in 1906 and originally attached to a 2000+ seat historic theater to the east, The Covent first functioned as a hotel. The massive revitalization, completed in November 2023, created 30 SRO units featuring kitchens and bathrooms in each unit. On the ground floor the project created both indoor and outdoor community spaces, restored its existing and created new commercial space and upgraded accessibility for users, all while honoring the historic fabric.
