The ground floor has managerial offices, counseling offices and a career development center; eight floors of housing above are arranged around a “U” shaped court with views to Lake Michigan.
Designed as a Chicago building with a timeless quality, the building has a masonry façade composed with proportioned brick banding, stone detailing and a corbelled brick and stone cornice.
Large stone elements define the entry and deep masonry openings give the building a quiet strength.
